Have you ever been to a Paradise? well I’ve been to Malapascua island.. is just a small island in Northern tip of Cebu. A 4 hours drive from Cebu Terminal to Maya and 20 minutes boat from Maya to Malapascua Island..
Malapascua Island is one of my favorite Island I ever been. Though you see tourist but not really crowd the place. Not to mention the good accommodation, the pure white sand and dolphin watching ( one of my priceless memories). You can choose type of accommodation you like from simple bed space to high end rooms. The sand is powdery white and very fine.
Restaurant serve best menu..Many restaurant you can choose depend on your taste..Me and my friend Ate Kathy decided to to have a light dinner.
We reach the light house through boat, we hired a boat man to look around the island and it takes only two hours.
we bought a fresh catch fish and grilled…yummy..sooo..yummy…
Early in the morning before sun rise, we decided to walk the shore and we found group of fishermen enjoyed eating this strange creature. We decided to join and because they’re friendly locals they give us a taste. In fairness opposite of what it looks like the taste is yummy..
Ate Kathy and me decided to cross another Island..Somewhere in Leyte. Calangaman Island…

How to get here:
From Cebu Terminal take a bus
To Maya, and then Take another
ride a boat ride to Malapascua Island.
